Student Check-In and Check-Out

A student can be checked in by scanning the barcoded Student ID, input the Student ID number or simply searching and selecting their name from a list.

Once the Student ID is scanned or the student name selected from the list, the student is automatically checked into the classroom or virtual session.

To check-out a student, simply scan the barcoded Student ID, input the Student ID nymber or select the student name from the list. The student is automatically checked out of the classroom or virtual session. To check-out all students, click the "Checkout All" button.

Faculty and Staff Check-In and Check-Out

A faculty or staff can be checked in by simply searching and selecting their name from a list.

Once the name is selected from the list, the person is automatically checked into the classroom or virtual session.

To check-out a faculty or staff, simply select the name from the list. The person is automatically checked out of the classroom or virtual session. To check-out all facult/staff, click the "Checkout All" button.

Reports

There are many reports for Students and Faculty/Staff. To view a report, simply select a start and end date and time, select the report you want to view and the report will automatically be displayed.

You have the option to export the report in one of the following formats: Excel, CSV, PDF, Word

Admin Functions

There are several Admin functions that will allow a District Administrator to modify certain data.

The District Admin can edit School information, Classroom information, and Login information.
